Shipping Policy

a Shipping Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations of the transaction.  It is the legal framework for presenting your obligations, but also to address different possible scenarios that may occur, and what happens in each and every case. 

 

SHIPPING :

Shipping within the US may take 1 to 5 business days to ship a ready to ship nail order, and 10 - 18 business days to process a custom wholesale nail order.  (excluding United states postal service own processing and delivery time)(excluding holidays)

Shipping fees and taxes will be added at the end of your checkout. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase. Processing on orders take approximately 2-3 business days.

truly slayed is NOT responsible for ANY lost items. If you check your tracking number and the package(s) says delivered, but you have not received it. You will have to take this up with United States Postal Service or file a insurance claim with them.

Once the package(s) have left our

distribution office and a tracking number has been emailed, truly slayed is not liable for lost or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, or undelivered packages to addresses. USPS is responsible for lost or damaged packages.

If your package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again
